Marinated chicken breast on oven vegetables in the Omnia Maxi pan 3L

Marinated chicken breast on oven vegetables I have already made for the Omnia oven 2-liter.

Now I wanted to try this delicious One Pot recipe in the Omnia Maxi pan 3L.

With the ingredients for the Omnia Maxi pan 3L you should always work in “the height”. That is, in this recipe should use very strong chicken breast. If you can’t get such hefty chicken breasts for the marinated chicken breasts on oven vegetables, just roll up the thinner chicken breasts a bit.

The thermometer here has indicated a temperature of 33,8°F (100°C).

Rezepte Omnia Maxi Form


4 large chicken breast fillets (approx. 1.984 pounds)
9 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp. chicken seasoning (ready)
1.43 pounds small potatoes (“triplets”)
2 onions
2 peppers, red
1 bell pepper, yellow
5.29 ounces cocktail tomatoes
2 clove of garlic
5.29 ounces Ham Bacon
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 sprigs thyme, fresh
4 sprigs marjoram, fresh


Mix 4-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil with the chicken seasoning and brush the chicken breasts with it.
Place chicken breasts in a sealable freezer bag and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove the herbs from the stalk and chop finely. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Mix herbs, garlic, remaining vegetable oil, tomato paste and diced ham. Season with salt and pepper.
Peel the onions, halve them and cut them into half moons. Thoroughly wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut into large cubes. Cut the cocktail tomatoes in half. Wash potatoes and either halve or quarter with skin, depending on size.
Mix the vegetables well with the herb paste. Pour everything into the Omnia Maxi pan 3L.
Place baking rack on top of oven vegetables and place marinated chicken breasts on top.
Cook for 5 minutes on full flame, then 55 minutes on half flame.
