Bacon Chicken Wrap in the Omnia Maxi Mould

Now the bacon chicken wraps will fill even the big family 😁. The Omnia Maxi Mould can hold a whopping 8.16 pounds of ingredients 🙈.

I have already made this recipe for the small Omnia mold.

However, you should not just take the ingredients a third or even double more. 14 ounces of mozzarella in this recipe would just be too much. And again 2.6451 pounds of chicken breast too little.

Here you will find the recipe optimized for the Omnia Maxi Mould. I’ve always warned about the addictiveness of the “bacon chicken wrap” recipe 😂. This recipe is not only super mega easy, but also super mega delicious 🤤.

3,9 pounds of chicken breast fillet

8,82 ounces mozzarella

10,58 ounces Crème-Fraîche natur

13,23 ounces crème fraîche with herbs

1,76 ounces tomato paste

2 tablespoons cornstarch

10,58 ounces bacon




Mix the two types of creme fraiche and the cornstarch and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper and pour into the omnia mold.

Wash the chicken breasts and divide them so that you have a larger piece of chicken breast and a smaller piece. The smaller pieces are then placed together and wrapped with bacon. With the Omnia Maxi Mould, you should always work “upwards”. Therefore, cut the chicken breasts into different pieces so that the agrpunkt, by folding the smaller, thinner pieces, is the same again. I go into more detail about this in the video 😁.

Season with pepper, since the bacon is already salty enough, we do not use salt here. Wrap each piece with 2-3 slice of bacon and spread side by side in the baking dish on top of the cream.

Slice the mozzarella and place one slice on each piece of chicken breast fillet.

Bake the wraps for 5 minutes on full flame and then 55 minutes on medium half flame.
